Safety First, all Other Rules will be explained to you by your Axe Coach during the Safety and Training Briefing that will be held prior to your event.

Yes, before All Axe-Throwing Sessions, our AXE COACHES will teach you 1 on 1 how to throw our axes safely. They will then monitor the throwing areas and offer tips and advice as needed.

Our Coaches work hard to keep everyone safe and having fun! So, Please Don’t hesitate to show your appreciation for a Job well done~ Tips are not required, but are Much Appreciated!

Reservations require the collection of credit card information. Cards will be charged 50% deposit when creating a reservation. There is no fee to reschedule as long as a request to do so is given at least 24 hours before the reservation time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable In the event that a group fails to show or cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled event.

For private and party pack groups of (10+) throwing events, at least 50% of a group’s members must pay to participate in axe-throwing to be allowed a reservation. There is no fee to reschedule as long as a request to do so is given at least 24 hours before the reservation time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable In the event that a group fails to show or cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled event.

Cancellation: Any payments made for reservations are non-refundable. If a guest chooses to cancel a booking after paying, they will not be refunded any of their payment. For any group size, at least one of the group guests will be required to check in at the venue prior to their reservation time. After target assignment, the booking timer begins even if the entire party is not present. Guests who arrive late will still pay for the full session but may have limited time. If at least one guest in a group doesn’t check in within 5 minutes of the reservation time, the reservation can be canceled without refund and may be offered to waiting walk-in guests.
